A dedicated community charitable trust serving all of Southland, with drop-in rooms in Invercargill, Gore, Winton, Mataura, and Te Anau. Open Monday to Friday, the centre offers drop-in support, counselling, and facilitated groups including bereaved parents, men's group, pregnancy loss, and those bereaved by suicide. There is no charge to drop in or join a group; subsidised counselling is available.
